What is Holistic Health?

ree

Recently I gave a lecture at a local senior living community on holistic health in order to better understand this idea that has been misunderstood by many people.

This presentation was very practical and well-received by the residents within the community as well as visitors who were looking to into a senior living community as well.

This presentation had been requested by some of the residents so that they would be able to personally reflect on the ideas discussed.

I have now transformed the following presentation into blog form for others to be able to view and reflect on the topic themselves.

Enjoy!
